Lease Information

Each resident in The Courtyards owns their own home.  A Courtyards lease is for the site only and for a one-year period.

All residents have been approved.  Applications are taken and credit and background checks are performed on all potential tenants.  It is important to us to make sure you and your neighbors live in a safe community!

Lot rents vary depending on the area of the park the site is located.  Lot rent is due on the 1st day of the month. Garbage pickup is included.  If lot rent is paid on or before the first of the month, the discount is $30 for a savings of $360 per year.

Small pets are welcome at The Courtyards for a minimal monthly fee.  Please see Rules and Regulations for any restrictions.

A Security Deposit is due upon signing a lease with The Courtyards.
