"We have been in the Courtyards for 20+ years.  When we first moved out here our street was new and there were no other mobile homes past the mailboxes in the back.  In the years we have been here, the park has grown but still remains a friendly place to live.  There are improvements added all the time and I thought it was the best mobile home park in the area when we moved in and I still think so.  
Hank was the only one doing all the work for many years and we soon found out that he ran a tight ship.  But this is what attracted us to the Courtyards in the first place.  All the common areas are kept neat and clean and I think the entrance is really inviting to anyone driving by.  I know that some people think there are too many rules and regulations but they are what make the Courtyards such a good place to live and what makes it so much better than other parks in the area.
Tom and Robin coming to help Hank made The Courtyards an even better place to live.  Robin will always take time to explain something in your billing or lease and does it in a helpful patient way.  I think she is especially good with older people.  Tom will always lend a hand if you need it and will give you advice on your lawn or any repairs you are thinking about making.  When we re-skirted our home, he helped us order it and got us a discount.  He and his family did the work for us and gave us a good deal on that also.  We were saved several hundred dollars by going through the Courtyards and are very happy with the results.
We have recommended living in the Courtyards to my parents, two aunts, my brother and several friends and they all moved out here and were as happy with the experience as we are.
The only thing I would like to see different in the park is street signs.  I sometimes have a hard time explaining to repairmen or friends how to find our place.  I would also like to see a potluck get together in the park once a year to meet people.  A committee could be set up to organize it and it could be held in the street and green space down by the office with a rain date in case of bad weather."

"I've lived in the Courtyards for 12 years.  It is a nice, clean, quiet place.  My rent hasn't gone up very much at all.  You get a discount if you pay on or before the first of the month, $30.00 off!  It is much less expensive than living in an apartment and you have your own home!  The owners are nice and very helpful.  If you have any concerns, they always try to help.  The lots are nice size and not too large to take care of.  All of the homes are nice and neatly kept. ”
